Which states have financing opportunities available?
We currently provide funding in Texas, Georgia, Florida, and Maryland. We're continually adding new states so ask us if you're interested in another region.
What are the requirements?
The program is asset based. There is no minimum FICO score. As long as you don't have a criminal record, the property has value and is within our risk tolerance, funding options are available.
Do I need title insurance? Is insurable title required?
NO! Our program is intentionally built for investors with assets that do not have an insurable title.
When can I apply?
As soon as the tax lien or tax deed is issued and "assignable" (a recorded deed, or assigned tax lien), you can apply for financing.
Are there minimums or maximums I can apply for?
The minimum lended amount is $35,000 which can be a single property, or a multiple property package.
Do I have to make monthly payments?
No, there are options that don't require monthly payments.
What are the terms?
Rates start at 1%/mo and may vary depending on an acceptable payment schedule. Durations are set allowing a reasonable amount of time to obtain insurable title and refinance with traditional bank financing.
How quickly do I receive cash?
From application to funding, the typical timeline is 2-3 weeks.
How much can I finance?
Financing options typically start at 70% of the purchase price, or 70% of the current redemptive value (purchase price plus any accrued interest) if the lien/deed was purchased in the past.
Can I finance tax liens and tax deeds?
We can provide financing options for both tax liens and tax deeds as long as they are valid and assignable.
