Robert W. Keyser is a partner of the firm. His practice includes the representation of real estate tax lien investors in lien foreclosures, transactions, loans involving tax sale certificates and portfolios, and tax lien litigation. He is a member of the board of directors of the NationalTax Lien Association, and of the New Jersey Tax Lien Finance Corporation. He represents lien holders in the sale of their REO, and as creditors in bankruptcy matters.
